Wifi problem since the 10.11.6 OS X El Capitan Update

Hi,

There are a lot of things we can do here,

First, I would like you to remove the Wifi Profile from system preferences and then re-add a new one and then restart.

Second, In the User library which is located via finder-Go-Library and then pull and remove these files:

/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist

/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/preferences.plist

And then restart,

Hmm I also tried this but it doesn't work for me either. Other Apple computers with legacy OS still connect seamlessly to my wifi router, as do iPad and iPhones with current IOS. I'm sure it's just one setting in system preferences that has changed, but which one?
